Hey Anastasia! My brother Mark and I have seen this Century Egg (we've known it as the Thousand Year Egg) more than a few times and there were always too many yummy dishes on the table to even think of trying something that looked like that. But I believe it was time for one of us to take the plunge. Mark went to China for a couple of weeks last year and has yet to try one...More kudos to Lee!

Hi. I accidentally came across your website when doing a cultural project. I am from Hong Kong. I love century egg...yummy!!! (I just learn this word 'century egg' in English...never heard that before...lol)
